Unable to reach a human by phone

Im trying to reach a human in the Saks Fifth Ave Bal Harbour store and there is no one at either Saks customer service nor Hudson Bay who can give me the direct line to the Marketing Manager Nancy diBernardo nor their current General Manager. Their phone for menswear rings and rings and their main number doesnt have a human option. When I tried reaching someone to place an order she had no clue who or what Armani is. Is there anyone out there who can let me know how to reach a human at Saks Fifth Ave Bal Harbour, Florida other than going to the store in person?

Extremely Disappointed

I purchased a few items in January 2021, due to all the lockdowns I had to return a few items online. I sent back my two items on February 27. Twice these items were return on the wrong method of payment. After numerous calls one of my returns was put back on my credit card, but NOT the total amount. They kept the taxes. 14 days later or more the taxes were returned. It's been OVER 2 MONTHS and my 2nd return is still not processed. No one seams to know what's going on. It's over $400 and shouldn't be chasing them for my money. WoW

Bays Days Order - Round Mirror came broken

Terrible service. Item came broken. Replacement fell on our shoulders to watch for stock to come in, then 4 weeks later replacement order placed, 6 weeks later STILL no product, no follow up and run around from HBay online customer service.

Chanrge for item not delivered

On April 21 I placed the order, and my VISA credit card was charged $136.59 (not a hold but an actual charge). On April 22 I received an email saying the order was cancelled because it was out of stock, and the email stated that my credit card would not be charged. But my credit card was charged, the charge is still there, and no credit has been issued as of today April 26' Please resolve the matter, issue me with a credit in the amount of $136.59. Let me know. Chapter two. They keep sending me emails saying that they have resolved my issue every time I email them. They do nothing but hit a button and send the same email. Since in one of their emails they said that they COULD NOT REFUND THE TAX(lol) I threatened to contact both the provincial and federal governments. Now, just today, they sent me an email saying they would refund me 15% of the cost!!! They are just completely laughable!!! This is I assume still coming from the call centre in the Philippines but I cant say for sure. I think I will still report them for attempting to break the law and tell them to &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;@%#% !!!! Stay tuned.

The issue has not been resolved

Ordered a set of sheets on November 22. After not receiving I called costumer service a number of times . After I was being lied, hanged up, more than a couple of times , I asked to get a refund. Didn't get an email confirmation after one of the supervisors said that I would get it in a couple of minutes. Called again only to be lied again about my order coming. The costumer representative couldn't even bother to read my file, to know that I asked for a refund. Called again. Someone else tells me that I wouldn't get a confirmation email about my refund and I have to wait for my refund until the 28. I don't understand why. I can't gift the sheets to my daughter for Christmas, and I am out of $200 hundred, so I cannot buy her different sheets to use with the duvets that I got from Hudson's Bay. I am extremely upset and appalled with the service that I received from your costumer service. Whoever picks up the phone doesn't care and doesn't respect the Canadian costumers and their hard-earned money. From the reviews that I've read I am not the first costumer that has had issues with Hudson Bay. I just wish I could have read them before. I do not trust your company anymore therefore I demand my refund ASAP, and maybe I would be able to buy the set of sheets for my daughter somewhere else before Christmas.

I am embarrassed that HBC is a Canadian retailer . The worst customer service of all retailers in North America and by far the worst website . When will they decide to provide what Canadians expect . Service from Canadians so that instead of being a number we are actually a valued customer . I've ordered a number of times during this pandemic. I spent thousands of dollars and every shipment is a terrible experience and dealing with their customer service team in the Philippines is even worse.

No product, no refund

Hello: I have waited a while and gave the Bay multiple chances to fix the problem. I have ordered 2 corsets (order #110727****) and have never received them. First the order was not picked up by the warehouse, then the order was lost and nobody was able to figure out what happened to the shipment. It looked like the label was created but was never shipped. After several calls to the Bay CS and Purolator, they gave up on looking for the shipment and initiated the refund. They could not even reorder the items as it was out of stock. Since Feb. 20, 2020 I have been awaiting the refund. The CS opened a case for me - Case #776776 - and despite the multiple phone calls and email communications and fake escalations, I am yet to receive my refund. I have to say that the Customer Service phone line that is answered and services from Philippines is quite inefficient, in fact - it's useless. The only thing they are trained to do is be very polite and constantly apologize, but no action and results whatsoever. I don't need them to apologize how bad their service works and to be sorry about me not getting the refund. I need them to be able to escalate (if at all possible) to the right channels to get things done. I have to admit, I am VERY disappointed with the lack of professionalism and lack of action. I have never ever experienced anything like this with any retailer. Amazon call and refund takes 5 min. Hudson's Bay Company takes 48 days, 20 follow up phone calls, and going... This is unacceptable, considering that The Bay is proud with its service, quality and reputation. While I understand that outsourcing to Philippines is a cost efficient labour, nevertheless I wish to flag, that with this kind of service is unacceptable and is damaging company's reputation. I hope there will be actions taken not only to refund me for the items I have never received, but also Audit of the structure of the Customer Service, response time, SLAs and ETAs on complaints and tickets raised. productivity and efficiency, and lessons learned.
